Mélo & Vincent have been living in French Polynesia for over 15 years, they first spent 8 years in the Tuamotu archipelago before settling in Tahiti and opening Mokarran Diving in 2020. But before that they crisscrossed the oceans practicing their profession as diving instructors always in search of encounters with wildlife.

Her expertise, acquired through years of experience in scuba diving and whale watching around the world, guarantees you a respectful and adapted approach to marine animals. Her passion for wildlife and her experience as a naturalist guide as well as the hours spent researching theses on humpback whales will allow you to learn a lot in her presence.

Since his decision to leave everything to follow his passion, Mélo has worked in diving centers in Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, before settling in French Polynesia where she has lived for almost 15 years. She had been dreaming of setting up her own diving and whale watching business for a long time. With Mokarran Diving, she did it surrounded by people she trusts, in order to offer you a serene and enriching experience.

Wildlife guide and photographer, brings his unique expertise in observing and approaching wild animals. He has been published in prestigious magazines and has collaborated with National Geographic, Lindblad Expedition, BBC Wildlife, Blancpain, as well as the National Society of Fine ArtsHis work as a photographer allows him to deeply understand animal behavior and adopt best practices for approaching them without disturbing them.
