About the trip
Our trips are organized with a maximum of 12 participants and confirmed from 8.
The encounter with whales is not 100% guaranteed. This are animals wild whales that roam freely. Therefore no refunds or discounts are provided if the whales are not found.
The water entries are not taking place systematically, it depends on the character of the individuals encountered and their activity. It is important to respect their will.
Only the supervisors of the outing are able to judge whether the safety conditions are met to allow launching.
Launching is not mandatory, you can stay on board.
Supervisors have the right to limit entry into the water to certain people depending on their age, physical condition and sea conditions.
Swimming with fins, mask and snorkel must be perfectly acquired.

WHEN BOOKING:
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any difficulties with the booking system.
You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when you made your reservation, check your spam folder.
ON ARRIVING AT THE MARINA:
Please park your vehicle outside the marina, perpendicular to the fence.
If you don't hear from us before the release, it means the release is confirmed.
We will contact you if the meeting place changes due to weather conditions.
FOR THE BOAT:
Consider equipping yourself with a windproof jacket.
Do not hesitate to take calm seas if you are sensitive to seasickness or if you have any doubts.
Bring sunglasses.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation on your part:
1% commission from the online platform BilletWeb will be retained.
D - 7: 100% retention on the ticket (D -10 for groups of 4 or more)
No refund or compensation will be made in the event of services reserved but not used.
In case of cancellation on our part due to bad weather:
Another date will be offered to you according to your availability. If no date can be fixed we will refund your entire reservation.
Restrictions of access to whale tours
Please contact us for children under 10 years old. The outings last approximately 3 hours and are not always suitable for young children.
Pregnant women, the shaking of the boat is not recommended for your baby.
People who have had recent surgery.

We organize one trip per day:
The meeting is set at 9:00 a.m. to the club for a boat departure at 9:20 a.m. at the latest
Back to 12:30 p.m.
Weekend, Wednesdays and holidays schedules
We offer two trips per day:
MORNING TRIP: the meeting is set at 9:00 a.m. for a boat departure at 9:20 a.m. at the latest and a return around 12:30 p.m.
AFTERNOON TRIP: the meeting is set at 1:30 p.m. for a boat departure at 1:50 p.m. at the latest and a return around 5 p.m.
The times indicated are Appointment times (boat departure 20 min later). Please do not come early as we are preparing the boat and equipment. Thank you for your understanding.
